Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years construction-related experience with track record of quality and profitable craft work.
• Regular communication with the Project Manager, General Superintendent, Safety & Health Director, Senior Craft Foreman, and Project Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor crews.
• Verify accuracy of work and perform dimension checks.
• Safety: conduct daily Safety Task Assignments (STAs) with crews.
• Layout work using survey equipment.
• Complete timesheets with certified payroll.
• Field material requisitions and small tool management.
• Monitor and report productivity; maintain field logs.
• Maintain erosion control through SWPPP reports and measures.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with field management.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings and provide input for production plans.
