American Contracting & Environmental Services (ACE) is seeking a Field Coordinator to join our field operations on a Southern Virginia site. This full-time role involves hands-on construction work, coordinating with the Superintendent, and learning the core trades while working outdoors with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will support layout, planning, and subcontractor coordination, while tracking materials and maintaining site organization.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in field coordination, project management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and project management tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on construction work and learn basic trade skills
• Support the Superintendent with daily field operations
• Assist with layout, quantity takeoffs, and work planning
• Help coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure they are working off current plans
• Track materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Assist with maintaining jobsite organization and safety compliance
• Support documentation including as-builts, lookahead schedules, and reports
• Communicate with field teams to identify and resolve issues
• Assist with quality control checks and identifying additional work
