Job summary

Holder Construction Group in Culpeper, VA is seeking an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on our Culpeper project. This full-time, in-person role focuses on safety, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring materials are delivered and installed on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of commercial or large-scale residential construction experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work overtime and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods, climb ladders/scaffolds, and work outdoors and on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficient computer skills, including standard business software and systems (preferred).
