Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Assistant Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on the Manassas, VA project. This full-time, in-person position supports onsite coordination, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will work with subcontractors, manage deliveries, and liaise with project management, gaining hands-on experience in a merit-based, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Mobility to stand or walk for long periods, climb ladders/scaffolds, and work outdoors on uneven surfaces.
