Job summary

AllSearch Recruiting is seeking a Field Coordinator to support commercial construction projects across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. This field-based role coordinates job site activities, assesses site readiness, performs field measurements, and supports project execution in various building trades.

The position requires a High School Diploma with 2+ years of construction experience, travel to active job sites, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience
• Experience reading construction documents, blueprints, and plans
• Experience using measuring devices and performing basic construction math
• Experience using project management software
• Experience coordinating with customers, contractors, subcontractors, tradespeople, and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Inspect active commercial construction job sites for progress, readiness, installation requirements, and quality control
• Perform field measurements and collect technical data
• Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, plans, specifications, and work orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and installation schedules
• Attend job site meetings and coordinate requirements with customers and teams
• Manage material receipt and coordination at job sites
• Travel to job sites across MA/CT/RI, including overnight stays as needed
