  • Implementing strategies and tactics for growing and engaging Ipsos’ mystery shopper panel in the USA.
  • Managing current independent scheduler relationships, as well as recruiting for additional support depending on program volume to ensure mystery shopping completion and quality targets are achieved.
  • Overseeing all independent scheduler and shopper questions and onboarding based on program requirements.
  • Acting as a Mystery Shopping subject matter expert within Ipsos and providing advice on our ‘better design, better execution and better impact’ strategy.
  • Working with the VP of Operations to oversee all fieldwork costing activities for assigned programs (e.g., bonus funds and budgeting).
  • Holding regular meetings with the Mystery Shop team around strategic planning and forecasting.
