- Acting as a Mystery Shopping subject matter expert within Ipsos and providing advice on our ‘better design, better execution and better impact’ strategy.
- Working with the VP of Operations to oversee all fieldwork costing activities for assigned programs (e.g., bonus funds and budgeting).
- Holding regular meetings with the Mystery Shop team around strategic planning and forecasting.
