Job summary

Davis Industrial is hiring an Apprentice Conveyor Service Technician to support our Tampa and Miami teams. You will perform belt splicing, maintenance, and repair tasks at customer sites across the Southeast, with some leadership duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Able to operate aerial lifts and forklifts.
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds frequently.
• Able to work varying schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, splice, and repair conveyor belts at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, gearboxes, bearings, and pulleys.
• Lead a crew of technicians when required and mentor junior staff.
