Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a skilled Conveyor Technician to repair and service conveyor equipment in the field. You will communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, ensuring profitability through direct labor billing while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires travel within assigned territories, overtime as needed, and the ability to maintain parts inventory and complete all service documentation. A valid driver’s license and basic toolset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown or service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned territories and work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service conveyor equipment.
• Perform belt lacing, splicing, cutting, vulcanizing and bonding.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and software integration issues.
• Align and track belts; maintain safe and orderly work environment.
• Complete service documentation promptly and accurately.
