Control Panels USA is hiring a Field Controls Technician based in Georgetown, Texas. This role focuses on the complete commissioning of hardware at customer sites, including wire terminations and troubleshooting. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in software like Word and Excel, and knowledge of instrumentation and troubleshooting techniques. Benefits include 100% paid insurance and a 401(k) plan. Overnight travel is expected about 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer skills and comfort with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to pass CP USA’s Basic Electrical and Controls Theory.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned scope of work with project manager prior to working in the field.
• Document parameter lists, testing, calibration, daily reports, etc.
• Maintain good relationship with customers.
