Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking an experienced Field Controls Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX, with some travel to Central Texas as needed. This role involves complete commissioning of hardware at customer sites, wire terminations, instrument configurations, radio/antenna installation and panel troubleshooting for field projects or service calls.

Responsibilities include training coordination, site readiness, CAD as-built updates, service tickets, and daily reporting.

• Review assigned scope of work with project manager prior to working in the field
• Coordinate and implement any training required for the project with the Project Manager
• Safety

• Utilize template documents on all assigned tasks

• Credit Card Reconciliation
• Update panel schematics for CAD Designer to generate As-Built drawings
• Generate service tickets and daily reports
• Coordinate with Project Manager on assigned service calls for Invoicing
• Maintain Field tools and Test Equipment
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Any other task, assignments, duty, or projects, as requested by management
