Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) seeks Technician II field service specialists to support Active Protection System installations and maintenance on military vehicles. You will work at customer sites, troubleshoot faults, and document test results with customers and partners.

The role requires 1-2 years of related experience or a vocational/technical degree, with willingness to travel more than 50% and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Training Degree with 1-2 years experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel >50% to support field activities.
• Experience with electrical control systems and testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of APS kits on military vehicles.
• Configure and repair electrical control systems and prototypes.
• Document procedures and record performance results per established methods.
• Maintain inventory of testing supplies and tools.
