You will mentor technicians and provide documented project results. Requires extensive HVAC control knowledge, strong communication, and ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Six years commercial controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
• Vocational school or associate degree in a technical field, or two years’ related experience.
• Ability to install and/or service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
• Effective communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and control theory.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex building control systems.
• Provide field proposals for retrofits, upgrades and enhancements.
• Mentor technicians on building automation activities.
• Ensure accurate project/service documentation.
