Responsibilities

• Coordinates with leadership to dispatch the field controls technician team for startup surge support.
• Tracks and disseminates project requirements to ensure safety, workflow, and billing alignment.
• Leads and mentors FCT team in day-to-day assignments and tracks training needs.
• Communicates schedules and staffing needs across the organization and with clients.
