Job summary

Pureflow, Inc. is seeking a Field Controls Engineer to support the Florida Technical Support Center in Lakeland, FL. You will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and commission control systems at customer sites and prepare installation/startup documentation.

You will develop PLC and HMI programs using Rockwell and Siemens tools, maintain instrumentation knowledge, and manage multiple projects with strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PLC ladder logic programming, HMI application development.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and control components and systems including PLC/PAC, analyzers, sensors, valves, power supplies, and VFDs.
• Ability to read and design electrical schematics and troubleshoot industrial control systems.
• Excellent communication, self-motivation, and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues with Florida TSC personnel.
• Conduct controls repair, maintenance, or calibration services at customer sites.
• Maintain knowledge of instrumentation across systems.
• Provide project documentation relating to instrumentation and controls components.
• Develop PLC and HMI programs using Rockwell and Siemens software.
• Execute special projects and manage time/workload to meet company needs.
