Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer to deploy Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) at data centers. You will collaborate closely with contractors and end-users to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities include software installation, start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of EPMS/BMS, along with documenting the as-built system and configuring hardware.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, Building Automation Systems, or Energy Management Systems.
• Experience around electrical equipment (switchgear, generators, UPS).
• Ability to travel about 75% of the time.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deploy EPMS/BMS at data center facilities.
• Interface with contractors and end-users daily in a customer-facing role.
• Perform software installation, customization, and start-up services; commission and troubleshoot equipment.
• Consult with customers to determine system operation requirements.
• Install and upgrade EPMS/BMS software; configure and commission hardware.
• Document the as-built system and ensure proper communications/network setup.
