Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a creative Field Communications & Content Specialist to produce internal stories, videos, and communications for our Global Field Organization. You will write scripts, direct shoots, edit, and publish across Slack, events, and learning programs.

Partner with HR, People, field leaders, and Marketing to keep content aligned with engagement programs. You will craft engaging educational videos and learning content, turning customer wins and use cases into memorable material.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology or another social science, Film/Video Production, Journalism, or a related field.
• Entry-level role for new college graduates.
• Experience creating videos, photos, or social media content that informs and engages an audience, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
• Strong, energetic writer who can explain ideas simply and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Self-starter and people person who takes initiative in a fast-moving environment.
• Event planning experience and interest in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video production: concept, scripting, directing, filming, editing, and delivery across channels.
• Create internal, team-facing content to educate and engage the Global Field Organization (GFO).
• Interview account teams and capture win stories to produce short videos and posts.
• Script and produce learning videos and micro-content on customers, use cases, and products.
• Collaborate with HR, People, Marketing, and field leadership to align content with training curricula.
