Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging in Houston is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to produce photos, video, social posts, and printed materials that tell the story of our crews in the field. This is a maker’s role—behind the camera and in the edit suite, turning lifts into compelling content.

This role requires coordinating shoots, building an organized asset library, and maintaining a vibrant content calendar across branches while collaborating with recruiting and operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing/content production experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating original photo, video, graphic, and written work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable tools (Canva/CapCut).
• Experience shooting photos/videos with professional gear and smartphones.
• Experience managing business social accounts and content calendars.

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and produce marketing content across digital and print channels.
• Edit photo and video assets into brand-consistent deliverables.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library for reuse across teams.
• Travel to job sites/branch locations to capture field content.
• Own TNT's social media accounts with a rolling content calendar.
