Job summary

SOX Erosion Solutions is seeking a Content Producer to uncover compelling ideas from projects and customer experiences, turning them into clear, credible content that strengthens our brand. You will own content from discovery through delivery, influencing how SOX communicates its expertise, culture, and industry leadership.

The role blends interviewing, storytelling, and production, spanning long-form and short-form videos, webinars, podcasts, and field shoots.

Qualifications

• Professional experience producing and editing video or multimedia content.
• Strong interviewing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of video editing software and standard production practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, contributors, schedules, and deadlines.
• High attention to factual accuracy, branding, spelling, formatting, and audio/visual quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a content production calendar across interviews, webinars, podcasts, shoots, campaigns and publishing deadlines.
• Identify content opportunities from customer projects, events, educational programs, and company initiatives.
• Research topics and gather background information from customers, experts, and stakeholders.
• Plan and lead interviews for customer testimonials, case studies, and educational content.
• Produce and edit long-form and short-form videos for marketing, training, sales support, and digital channels.
• Support webinars, podcasts, and other recordings through planning and post-production.
• Manage and grow the company's YouTube channel.
• Coordinate field content collection and collaboration with production resources.
• Review content for accuracy and branding before publication.
