Job summary

Shalestone is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead daily installation, repair, and removal activities for containment liners across multiple sites. You will own crew safety, performance, and on-site operations, including equipment troubleshooting and DOT-compliant transport.

Travel to projects in various basins is required unless negotiated otherwise. The role emphasizes developing Supervisors, ensuring quality builds, and coordinating crew readiness for inclement weather and winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising or managing a crew / multiple crews.
• Ability to lead on-site critical operations and ensure safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel and work in various basins as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily installation, repairs, and removal of containment liners while ensuring safety and performance.
• Oversee on-site fabrication and quality builds for duck ponds and related structures.
• Prepare crews for adverse weather and winter operations; coordinate travel for projects as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot field equipment; ensure equipment is maintained and safe to use; ensure DOT-compliant transport of trailers.
• Identify talent, develop Supervisors, and communicate expectations to the team.
• Ensure crew clock-in/out accurately and maintain thorough documentation per procedures.
• Supervise containment operations per Shalestone SOPs and support local/outlying projects.
• Provide timely updates on asset repair, maintenance, and performance issues.
