Position Summary

PositionSummary: The Handyman Services Technician is responsible for performing a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks for homeowners. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while completing projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Install and repair household fixtures such as doors, cabinets, shelves, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and faucets.
• Completes small renovation and improvement projects as assigned.
• Inspect homes to identify maintenance or repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers about services being performed and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Follow all company safety procedures and local building codes.
