Responsibilities

• Observe and document daily construction activities.
• Track labor, equipment, materials, quantities, and production.
• Prepare daily reports, progress photos, and field documentation.
• Measure completed work and maintain as-built records.
• Review plans and specifications with the project team.
• Assist with quality-control documentation and testing.
• Track material deliveries and usage.
• Support field and office personnel with project needs.
• Participate in safety meetings and field inspections.
• Identify unsafe conditions and reinforce Brayman’s safety expectations.
