Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Representative through our DOD SkillBridge Program. This 3‑month immersive experience will primarily involve field collaboration with our senior construction services team to apply new skills on real projects.

You will assist with observations, record-keeping, submittal reviews, and coordination with owners, contractors, and staff. Military members within 180 days of separation are encouraged to apply; valid driver’s license required; outdoor

Qualifications

• Military service member within 180 days of separation
• Ability to work outdoors in rugged terrain
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation; travel reimbursement provided
• Experience with public infrastructure/civil construction a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction observations and staking on assigned projects
• Maintain detailed records of construction activities and materials testing
• Perform basic engineering computations and survey measurements
• Review and aid in submittals, pay vouchers, work orders, and change orders
• Interact with staff, landowners, contractors and subcontractors
