Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Field Construction Technician to join our team, supporting safe delivery of storage buildings and on-site service. You will work with customers, assist with warranty repairs, and help keep our Home Depot displays and event booths up to date.

The role emphasizes practical carpentry, tool proficiency, solid communication, and reliable driving. Training and growth opportunities are available as our network expands.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry, roofing and painting skills.
• Ability to read measurements, drawings and a speed square.
• Experience with basic power tools.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe delivery of storage buildings to sites and displays.
• Perform customer service warranty repair tasks on customer sites.
• Provide feedback to management on warranty issues that are resolved or chargeable.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective customers.
• Assist with off-site events and upkeep of HD displays and marketing materials.
• Operate tools safely and report deficiencies.
