Qualifications

• One to five years of construction experience as a supervisor, lead hand, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules, developing solutions for moderate situations within defined guidelines.
• Military experience equivalent to 12N Horizontal Construction Engineer and/or 12H Construction Engineering Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved plans and quality standards.
• Champion site safety by enforcing corporate and regulatory standards.
• Monitor schedules, estimate activity durations and material needs.

Skills

Construction experience as a supervisor

Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Education

Two-year college, trade, or technical diploma
