Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations across projects in the Atlanta area. You will manage field teams, coordinate with project management, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on medium to large projects.

The role requires OSHA 30, strong leadership, attention to safety, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. You will prepare reports, supervise crews, and work with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and

Qualifications

• Experience as a construction superintendent on trade Mullins self-performs or similar roles.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Ability to communicate professionally and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction as a unified team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Enforce Mullins safety policies and maintain daily safety logs.
• Collaborate with PM to create and maintain project schedules.
• Supervise training and onboarding of new hires on site.
• Review contract documents and monitor progress against plans.
• Coordinate with owners, GC, and subs to ensure schedule and logistics.
