Permian Resources is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field-based construction in the Permian Basin, including Midland, Pecos, or Carlsbad. The role emphasizes supervising multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, pipeline, powerline, and I&E works with a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in oil and gas construction management, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with project engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management within Oil & Gas.
• Ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, pipeline, powerline, and I&E.
• Local to Midland, Pecos, or Carlsbad with willingness to reside nearby.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources across sites to keep crews productive and on plan.
• Track progress against milestones and report schedule status.
• Monitor field costs and flag variances and risks early.
• Perform QA/QC, manage punch lists, and ensure proper handover.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure field execution aligns with design intent and change control.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain project documentation and safety records.
• Resolve conflicts and drive performance to meet goals.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
