Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven field construction experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and craft personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field construction activities with project leadership and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft personnel for safe, efficient, high-quality execution.
• Monitor and adjust daily construction schedules to meet milestones.
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Identify and resolve field design, installation, coordination, and constructability issues.
• Provide practical field solutions using technical and construction expertise.
• Ensure installations meet project drawings, specs, codes, permits, and local requirements.
• Review field conditions to support scope development and cost estimates.
• Manage subcontractor activities and ensure work aligns with contract scope and timeline.
• Coordinate across disciplines to identify conflicts and maintain workflow.
• Assist with staffing and resource planning as required.
• Maintain clear communication regarding progress, conditions, risks, and priorities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
