Job summary

Momper Insulation Fort Wayne is seeking an organized administrative/accounting professional to handle invoices, tickets, and customer inquiries. You will support daily accounting tasks, payroll processes, HR documentation, and office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Office management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Invoice creation: Prepare, review, and process customer invoices with accuracy.
• Work tickets & proposals: Generate work tickets, proposals, and related documentation.
• Customer service: Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide professional support.
• Accounting support: Assist with daily accounting functions and recordkeeping.
• Payroll & attendance: Support payroll processing, prevailing wage compliance, and attendance tracking.
• Office operations: Filing, copying, preparing mailings, and general office upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
