United Pharma Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Oversight Specialist for a 12+ month contract in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction quality oversight on large capital projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in independent, field-based construction quality oversight roles.
• Strong GMP knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.
• Hands-on experience reviewing ITPs.
• Experience identifying, documenting, and escalating construction non-conformances.
• Experience reviewing construction quality records, inspection reports, testing documentation, and contractor turnover packages.
• Ability to verify construction work against approved IFC drawings and project specifications.
• Field inspections, witness testing, walkdowns, and punch-list verification experience.
• Knowledge of civil, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment.
• Strong technical documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Indianapolis five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based quality oversight for large capital projects.
• Verify construction activities comply with IFC drawings, specs, codes, and GMP.
• Inspect multidisciplinary construction works (civil, mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, process equipment).
• Witness inspections and testing per quality requirements.
• Review ITPs including inspections, hold points, and witness points.
• Document and escalate non-conformances; track resolutions.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented; verify issues resolved.
• Review contractor quality docs, inspection records, test reports, turnover packages.
• Support mechanical completion activities and punch-list verification.
• Verify installed equipment meets drawings and specs.
• Maintain complete audit-ready quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Quality, Commissioning and contractor teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
