Job summary

DOWL is seeking a Field Project Representative 2 to join our Construction Engineering and Inspection team. This on-site role involves observing contractor work for compliance, maintaining detailed records, and supporting field administration tasks during construction.

You will travel for extended periods, may work nights or weekends, and collaborate with engineers and owners to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience required; 1 year with advanced degree.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract plans and specifications and observe contractor work for compliance.
• Maintain detailed project records including daily reports, pay requests, and in-service inspection reports.
• Collaborate with field staff, handle RFIs, and process change orders.
• Produce project documentation under limited supervision.
