HL Chapman Pipeline Construction is seeking a Mobile Construction Mechanic (CDL required) to diagnose and repair heavy equipment in the San Antonio area.

This field-based role travels to job sites, performs field repairs on engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and ensures fleet reliability. Must have Class B CDL and be comfortable outdoors.

Starting pay is $29.00 per hour with experience-based adjustments; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Commercial driver's license (Class B minimum) required.
• Field-based role requiring outdoor work in various weather and site conditions.
• Travel to project sites around the San Antonio area to support field operations.

Responsabilités

• Travel to jobsite, diagnose equipment failure.
• Make repairs to return equipment to operational state.
• Repair tasks include electrical, A/C, hydraulics, undercarriage, engines, transmissions.
• Diagnose engine and transmission issues (overheating, fuel issues, leaks).
