Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of commercial/industrial construction experience, mission-critical preferred (Data Center, Labs, Semiconductors).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; PMP/CCM/PE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction oversight for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple buildings on a data center campus.
• Review and validate the GC's full construction schedule, including monthly forecasts and detailed look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate commissioning schedules and ensure alignment with construction progress and equipment readiness.
• Review change orders, manage pay applications, and maintain accurate project documentation.
