Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, data center, mission critical, or other complex construction projects.
• Experience with mission critical, data center, electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, or building systems projects preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% based on project location and business needs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for safe, profitable, well-executed mission critical construction projects.
• Review project proposals, contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, budgets with leadership and the project team.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, including staffing, procurement, subcontracting, logistics, quality, safety, schedule, cost control, and closeout strategies.
• Determine the most cost-effective use of personnel, materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily and long-range project activities with owners, designers, contractors, vendors, inspectors, and company personnel.
• Promote a safety-first culture consistent with company policies, client requirements, and project site expectations.
• Lead and participate in project coordination meetings, owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, schedule reviews, and internal updates.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts through labor reports, cost reports, change logs, procurement tracking, and monthly reviews.
