Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an entry-level Construction Manager I to oversee field construction activities on projects up to $50 million, coordinating craftsmen and contractors while ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.

The role requires a four-year degree or global equivalent and substantial related experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient resource use across the project site.

Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent with extensive experience or combination of education/experience as described.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct field construction activities for projects up to $50 Million.
• Coordinate construction craftsmen and manage contractors/subcontractors within the area of responsibility.
• Direct and monitor schedule, cost, safety, and productivity; ensure quality standards are met.
