Job summary

Fischer Homes' Northern Kentucky Division seeks a Field Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of new homes, ensuring quality, timeliness, cost control, and customer satisfaction. You will be the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for every home you oversee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project management or residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead trade partners and suppliers to achieve building standards.
• Establish, deliver, and adhere to high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct homeowner meetings, walk-throughs, and weekly updates with customers.
• Identify and document recurring rework items and notify departments to eliminate from future homes.
• Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met and surpassed for each home.
