Job summary

Fischer Homes' Cincinnati Division seeks a Field Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of new homes, ensuring quality, timeliness, cost control, and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary contact for trade partners, customers, and internal associates for each home.

You will lead trade partners, manage budgets and schedules, conduct homeowner meetings and walk-throughs, identify rework, and strive to exceed standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Prior experience in project management or residential construction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead trade partners and suppliers to ensure building standards are met.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and timely project updates.
• Conduct homeowner meetings, walk-throughs, and weekly updates with customers.
• Identify recurring rework items and coordinate corrective actions with departments.
• Ensure budget, schedule, and quality targets are met or surpassed on each home.
