Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Field Construction Manager to support D4 projects across the U.S. The role involves onsite field management, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

Frequent travel is required, with rotations approximately every three weeks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in environmental or demolition construction management, stakeholder management skills, and an engineering or construction management degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental and/or demolition construction management experience.
• Customer and stakeholder management skills required.
• Willing to travel up to 90%, rotations roughly every 3 weeks for extended weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and coordinate deliveries with client/site personnel.
• Inspect on-site progress and supervise Arcadis subcontractors.
• Maintain safety standards, lead weekly progress meetings, and document field notes.
