Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations on client projects nationwide. This role is 100% in the field, overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, and contract administration at heavy industrial sites.

You will prepare daily and monthly reports, manage subcontractors, ensure drawings and revisions are followed, and maintain records per CDM Smith standards. Travel is 100% across the United States.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant construction supervision experience.
• Associate degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to meet safety, quality, and drawing intent.
• Maintain project schedule and report delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports for review.
• Take progress photos and document each event.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments for client approval.
• Maintain on-site records per policy.
