Tasman Geosciences is seeking a Construction Laborer to support field operations across drilling, hydrovac excavation, reclamation, seeding, and civil construction. You will assist with setup, mobilization, and daily field activities, maintain safety, and support with traffic control and site logistics.

The role requires a safety-first mindset, reliability, and ability to travel 50% or more to project sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with peers and management.
• Ability to start tasks quickly and work efficiently.
• Traffic control experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support drilling, hydrovac excavation, reclamation, seeding, and civil construction activities.
• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, digging, lifting, material handling, and site cleanup.
• Assist crews with project setup, mobilization, and daily operations.
• Traffic control and site logistics: direct truck and equipment traffic, set up/remove devices.
• Maintain site organization and productivity; communicate with crews and supervisors.
