Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a W2E Field Laborer to perform general construction labor for renovation, maintenance, repair, and restoration of existing structures. You will follow directions from the field foreperson and work in varied weather conditions across multi-site projects.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, experience with concrete/masonry, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel. Union membership may be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with concrete or masonry construction.
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions.
• Ability to work with others and maintain professional conduct.
• Ability to work from heights (ladders and aerial work platforms).
• Ability to travel extensively (50%+), including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Completes general construction labor tasks for W2E projects.
• Takes work direction from foreperson or bricklayer.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks as directed by foreperson.
