Torrey Holistics is seeking a motivated construction laborer to support field teams on outdoor sites in Boca Raton, FL. You’ll assist with site prep, material handling, and temporary works while learning from seasoned professionals.

Daily tasks include loading tools, maintaining clean work areas, and performing physically demanding outdoor work in all weather. A valid driver’s license is required and professional reliability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep crews moving by supplying materials and tools and holding components in place.
• Prepare sites: dig trenches, compact soil, and backfill to spec.
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and temporary works.
• Maintain tidy, safe, and organized work areas and equipment.
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials efficiently.
• Perform demanding outdoor work across all seasons, including extreme heat.
