CTL Engineering is hiring technicians to support construction inspection and testing for INDOT and Indianapolis DPW projects. The role blends field and laboratory work across roadway, bridge, water, and municipal utility sectors, with travel within the Central Indiana region.

You will learn construction inspection practices while collaborating with engineers, technicians and clients, ensuring QA/QC and compliance with contract documents.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years experience in construction inspection and testing
• Familiarity with highway construction specifications is a plus
• Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Responsabilités

• Perform construction inspection services for earthwork, concrete, asphalt and utilities
• Conduct field testing for roadway/bridge projects
• Inspect and report on concrete pours, rebar, pipe replacements and related works
• Inspect and sample construction materials and prepare reports
• Assist Engineers in field during soil and materials investigations
• Ensure QC/QA procedures and project specs are followed
