The role requires ability to work in a field office setting, travel between sites, and coordination with the project team. Strong communication in English and knowledge of reading plans are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to speak fluent English and write grammatically correct English.
• This position requires a working knowledge of Office 365.
• Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to read and interpret plans and specification is required.
• Must be able to work both independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team atmosphere and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Resolves issues based on clearly defined scenarios.
• Uses feedback to make and adapt decisions.
• Must be able to lift upto 50 lbs.
• Must be able to traverse all areas of jobsite in all types of weather which may include walking, standing, climbing, crawling, reaching, bending and stooping for extended periods, to inspect work in progress and upon completion.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must be able to enter confined spaces, with appropriate training.

Responsibilities

• Inspects construction projects to confirm procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications.
• Operate standard office equipment in a field setting and coordinate with project team.
• Read printed and digital materials and communicate findings in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Travel between project sites as required to inspect work and ensure compliance.
