Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2 years related experience or high school with 5+ years related experience.
• Relevant certifications such as compaction, asphalt, concrete, aggregate, etc.
• INDOT prequalification preferred or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
• NICET Highway Construction Level II or higher preferred or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of field assignment to obtain and record accurate and complete data.
• Interpret specifications and working drawings and convey intent to the contractor.
• Perform testing and sampling and maintain vehicles and equipment.
• Record daily field data accurately and generate field reports.
• Review payment requests by recording field quantities and progress.
