Job summary

Project Solutions Inc. seeks Construction Inspectors for civil highway and bridge projects across multiple western sites. You will perform field inspection, support project engineering, and ensure compliance with design and contract requirements.

The role requires knowledge of highway construction practices, materials, and equipment, with opportunities to support other federal projects and agencies. DOE salary reflects experience and position level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil Eng or related field with relevant inspector credentials.
• NICET Level III or equivalent construction inspection experience.
• 5+ years highway/bridge inspection experience preferred.
• Experience with DOT/state/federal construction projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection services per federal standards and project requirements.
• Verify contractor work meets contract documents and approvals.
• Identify plan errors and recommend changes or suspensions when needed.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain project records daily.
• Monitor traffic control, environmental permits, and QC operations.
