Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety practices.
• Willingness to travel to sites and work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction progress including earthwork, utilities, concrete, and paving.
• Read and interpret plans and specs.
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Verify field staking accuracy and document measurements.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with managers, contractors, and inspectors.
• Communicate clearly with contractors, municipalities, and clients.
• Review contractor billing for quantities and accuracy.
• Act as liaison between on-site teams and office staff.
• Support project teams to keep work on track.
