Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in engineering or construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials and methods conform to standards.
• Support inspections, air and water quality monitoring.
• Track submittals and RFIs.
• Assist in change orders with cost estimates and schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with construction management team.
• Manage document control for projects.
• Track permits compliance.
• Perform field inspections and site oversight.
