Job summary

Anchor QEA, LLC is seeking a Construction Inspector to support civil and environmental project work in the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle or Tacoma. The role involves documenting work, contract administration, analyzing schedules, estimating costs, and supporting design projects.

It may be field or office based, with travel to project sites. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in engineering or construction, a BS in Construction Management/Engineering/ET, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience as an engineer and/or construction inspector.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and evaluating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials and methods meet standards and requirements.
• Support construction oversight, inspections, and monitoring activities.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and other docs.
• Assist in change orders with cost estimates and schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with construction management to support project needs.
• Manage document control procedures for projects.
• Track project permits compliance.
• Perform field inspections and site oversight.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
