Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Construction Helper/Installer Level 1 to assist craft workers on petroleum site projects. You will perform varied tasks on construction sites, from simple to challenging, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, occasional after-hours shifts, and frequent travel up to 50–60%. The successful candidate will read blueprints, handle basic measurements, and operate small equipment under supervision.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read a blueprint.
• Basic understanding of taking measurements, math, and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Spot and direct heavy equipment operators during excavation operations.
• Operate small equipment, such as a skid steer loader.
• Cut and thread steel pipe; assist in tank installation.
• Assist foreman with shooting grades and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized job site per foreman’s direction.
• Ensure safety barricades and devices are in place.
