Job summary

Qualifications

• General understanding of construction sequencing and industry standards.
• Experience in utilities infrastructure in industrial environments.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
• Presence in the field during trades to resolve issues quickly.
• Ability to manage and execute paperwork for milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and set up project-related meetings.
• Coordinate tool level trade mobilization within the team.
• Drive contractor execution and commit trades to activities.
• Attend client-defined team meetings and manage construction to schedule.
• Identify tasks and plans for execution of scope.
• Act as the point of contact between tool owners and trades.
• Facilitate RFI process to minimize questions and maximize solutions.
• Coordinate work among trades, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain professional, customer service oriented attitude.
• Participate in design reviews and provide construction management input.
